We ship across India.

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no minimum.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Metro cities are typically faster. Some remote PIN codes can take up to 12 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, you can cancel it for a full refund. See our Return and refund policy.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, local restrictions and peak periods can add time.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Payment

We are prepaid only. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Failed or refused deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If a package cannot be delivered because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, it returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, or refund you the order value less ₹100. If the parcel was damaged or incorrect, you are refunded in full.

If we can't deliver to your PIN code, or we have to cancel a confirmed order for any reason other than your request (for example, an item going out of stock), we'll contact you and refund you in full, plus ₹100 for the inconvenience.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and tell us within 48 hours. Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days. See our Return and refund policy for what happens next.
