Delivery & returns
Shipping: Free across India, with no minimum order. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment and usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Wrong size? Exchange it free within 7 days of delivery. We collect the item and send the new size at our cost. One free exchange per item.
Damaged in transit or the wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. It's on us.
Manufacturing defect? You have 30 days from delivery, even after washing as the care label says. It's on us.
Changed your mind? Return it within 7 days. A flat ₹100 reverse pickup fee is deducted from your refund. Choose an exchange instead and the fee is waived.
